Information we ask for
For personalized planning inquiries, we ask for your name, email, departure city, estimated travel dates, travel group, budget, interests and any notes you choose to share.
Why we use it
We use these details to estimate your planning fee and respond to itinerary inquiries. Your information is stored in a private project data store and only accessible through authenticated team backend endpoints.
Payments and external links
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. When you follow external travel or booking links, those providers have their own policies. Hidden Trip does not book flights or hotels on your behalf.
